Comorin Mumbai Review: Pav Bhaji & Dining Experience Worth Talking About
⏱ 5 min read

Lower Parel has always been more than just an address on Google Maps for me it’s personal. My office is here, my go-to retail therapy spot, Palladium Mall, is here, and every corner hides a café or restaurant waiting to be discovered. From indulgent brunches at Paul Café to finally ticking Comorin off my must-visit list, I’ve made it my unofficial mission to eat my way through this neighborhood.
When I first heard about Comorin restaurant years ago, it was always in the context of Gurugram. Food bloggers would post enviable plates, and I’d quietly wish it was closer. Then, one fine day, I heard the news Comorin had finally arrived in Mumbai, right in the heart of my beloved Lower Parel. I didn’t just want to try it… I had to.
Let’s Talk Food: Comorin Dish by Dish Review
1. Comorin Pav Bhaji That Won My Heart
I’d call this one of the most luxury pav bhajis I’ve ever eaten luxury in terms of look, presentation, and feel. Comorin serves it with the softest, butter-brushed mini pavs alongside a rich, flavour-packed bhaji that’s as beautiful to look at as it is to eat.
The bhaji bursts with slow-cooked depth, balanced spices, and that unmistakable indulgence you only get when a dish is crafted with care. I would definitely include this in my blog on the best pav bhaji in Mumbai without a second thought.
Every bite felt indulgent yet surprisingly light a rare feat for pav bhaji. It’s the kind of dish you’d come back for again and again, and frankly, if Comorin restaurant only served this, I’d still be recommending it to everyone.

2. Malai Paneer Rara with Chilli Mint Lachha Parantha
This one’s interesting. The presentation was spot-on, and I loved that the paneer pieces were shaped like little rasgullas soft, pillowy, and clearly fresh. The gravy was creamy but had a tangy undertone.
Now, here’s where personal taste comes in I’m not the biggest fan of tangy flavours in gravies, so while I appreciated the quality and balance, it’s not a dish I’d reorder. That said, I can see many people loving it, especially those who enjoy that tang cutting through the richness.
The Chilli Mint Lachha Parantha was flaky, fragrant, and flavour-packed without being overwhelming.
It’s the kind of bread that elevates everything on the table whether you pair it with the malai paneer rara or just eat it solo.

Service & Staff of Comorin
If there’s one thing that stood out beyond the food, it’s the service. The staff at Comorin restaurant were warm, attentive, and genuinely knowledgeable about the menu. I never once had to wave frantically to get someone’s attention — they seemed to anticipate needs without hovering.
The pacing of the meal was spot-on too enough time between courses to relax, but not so much that you start wondering if they forgot your order.
Price Point of Comorin Restaurant
For the Comorin pav bhaji, malai paneer rara, and chilli mint lachha parantha, my bill came to ₹1,313 (including service tax). Considering the location, ambiance, quality, and portion sizes, I found the pricing very reasonable.
The average cost per person at ₹2,000+, which makes sense if you’re having multiple courses or ordering cocktails. For my order, it felt like I got more than my money’s worth.
First Impressions & Ambiance of Comorin Mumbai
Walking into Comorin restaurant, you get that immediate “this is special” feeling. The interiors strike a perfect balance between minimalism and warmth muted earthy tones, soft lighting, and a layout that feels spacious but not empty.
The vibe is modern yet inviting, making it just as suitable for a casual lunch with friends as for a special date night. The music is set at the perfect volume enough to keep the mood alive without drowning out conversations.
From the first glance, I could already see why so many comorin reviews talk about the restaurant’s aesthetics. It’s the kind of place where you want to take your time, savour the food, and enjoy the company you’re with.
